The Organization is not only promoting lamp burning and offering, but also inspiring everyone by lighting up the lamp deep in everyone's heart.
Taiwan Lighting Punya Organization offers a platform for everyone to burn a lamp and make a good wish, hoping that by the kindness of lamp offering, we can light up the bright lamps of compassion, truth and equality for all the living beings all over the world. Besides, we also support all Buddhist schools of all traditions and all languages with a view to cultivating talented young Buddhist monks for promoting Buddhism worldwide.
Meanwhile, on the aspect of social welfare, we will subsidise schoolchildren living in the remote and rural areas, and improve the life of homeless people and needy families by providing free vegetarian food so that they can have food of loving compassion and feel the warmth of loving kindness of the world. Furthermore, we support homeless people by assisting them in job search and equipping them for life in a modern society.
